Submission Limits changed

Because we get too many submissions to vote for all of them in time, we changed limits of group.

New submission limits:

1 deviations per month (instead of 2 per month)
expiration period prolonged for month (instead of 2 weeks)

Please choose your submission more carefully!
First of all read group rules, look into group gallery and favorites to see what kind of art we mostly accept, and then decide your submission, not other way around.
